A five-star plumbing record, in customers’ own words.

Mark and junior were excellent. They repipped my boiler and water storage tank. I would highly recommend. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything they had done! He is my go to plumber now.

I worked with Mark Mazzeo for the first time five years ago, he was recommended by the plumber who did work for the previous owner of our rental. I guess it was a good indicator that an experienced plumber endorsed Mark. Mark provided excellent service and walked me through the issues and solution, and replaced an old water heater in a timely manner. We had another water problem last weekend and Mark walked me through a short term solution via video call, inspecting the leak and pipes remotely and then helping me switch on the right valves to get another water heater started. He then sent one of his team, Junior, who came over and did a more thorough inspection, found the root cause of the leak as well as another problem in the dishwasher itself. He also gave good recommendations for replacement dishwasher. Junior was back today to remove the old washer, install the new one, and fix another corroded valve. Really good team of folks at Mazzeo Plumbing, very responsive, knowledgeable, and personable, I highly recommend them.

Our baseboards were heating unevenly — some rooms too hot, some barely warm. Mazzeo balanced the whole system, replaced two air vents that weren't working, and adjusted the zone valve. Took about three hours. Every room in the house now heats consistently. Should have called them years ago.

Hot water was taking forever to reach the master bath — like three minutes of running the tap. Mazzeo installed a recirculating pump and now we have hot water almost instantly. Small upgrade, huge quality of life improvement.
